Set up a new case

To set up a Document Repository, all we need is a copy of the Case Management Order (CMO) or Pre-Trial Order (PTO) designating Cooksey & Company as the Document Depository and Deposition Reporters for the case.  If a CMO or PTO does not yet exist, any party can simply send us a case caption and service list.   Please send the above to our office where the hard copy Depository is to be located:
